Post BCG axillary lymphadenitis

A 10 months old girl presented with left sided axillary lymphadenitis. There is no other lymphnode enlargement. Chest is clear and there is no fever. These lymph nodes burst spontaneously with caseous material so there is possibility of post BCG lymphadenitis....

Question : I saw a 3 y.o. apparently well child 2 days ago . PE Less than unremarkable . Parents wanted executive blood workup for the child . Results showed 5 mg total bili, 440 both ALP and GGT , 250 SGPT . Other liver function test within normal limit . I cant explain the results . The is anicteric ...
