There are many paediatric patients who come with recurrent acute abdomen and on ultrasound you find non-obstructive intussuception of small bowel with multiple enlarged mesenteric lymphnodes. Most of the time small bowel intussuception spontaneously rduces and recurs while doing ultrasound. How one should manage these patients?

Newborn aged 3 days,5th child to the non-consanginous parents,delivered by LSCS,(placentapraevia),a term baby developed upper distension with visible peristalsis on the 2nd day.passed normal meconium& urine,able to retain motherfeeds.Seen by Paediatric Surgeon on the same day,advised to continue breastfeeds ,suspected in terms of malrotation by Paed.Surgeon.distension persists till date without vomiting(25-08-05Need 2nd opinion and advise by Pae.surgeon.Thanking you.
